Pricey is the name of the game there. For the price of those qdc s you could get bitspower compression fittings and have money left over. They look handy for a component that you take out allot such as an external rad. I thought about getting some for this but bawked at the price.

yeah, I'll never go compression fittings myself, to expensive for my blood for hardware bits... Then again, you are talking about a small asian who goes 170mph constantly on a rig that's only held up by a few bolts, duct tape and lots of zip ties. ZIP TIES FOR LIFE!!! lol

Shit... I should make a case out of bolts, duct tape and zip ties and rock that at lan parties.

I resemble that, except for the small asian part and 170mph part, but I go wheeling in a bucket of bolts in places that most fear to tread!

I think my next toy will be a dirt bike. Small, cheap and fun as hell. Nothing like angling your body in a right direction, give a bit of gas and power slide on dirt, then crash and immediately get up and ride off still. lol

WC is too expensive for me. I'll stick to my hyper 212+ coolers and the like. Get pretty nice OCs that way for only around $20. Cheap and efficient are my mantras; the latter over the former (maybe why I'm looking to go 4P).

well if you shop right, LC setups aren't that terribly expensive. Although, I might use a motorcycle radiator if I want to be cheap about it. lol got like 4 laying around my bay.

GPU blocks seem to be the most expensive and the least versatile part of your wc setup. They can hardly be reused and are normally around $100 a block.

Unless your like OP and get them when they are on clearance for $50 or less... Shit, MC had the 5870 blocks for $24 a piece.

If you are worried about reusing the blocks, you can grab some gpu only coverage universal blocks for around $50-70 a piece, but you'll have to pick up some ram heatsinks and the solution is no where near as efficient as full coverage blocks. If you just want it to cool the gpu for quiet operations, then its not a bad way to go, while being set if you do change out the gpu cards in the near future.
