Sorry folks, but this is my first post since Oct 28 where I first found out about Rose and her inoperable cancer. To be honest I believe that news and Gordon's statement below caused me to lose some degree of interst in this social forum at that time. I really didn't believe we would hear from that fine gentleman again and to everyone's sadness that has indeed come to pass.
My wife has inoperable pancreatic Cancer.
I don't believe I will be posting for quite some time.
I hope you all continue folding and having fun doing it for as long as your help is needed.
Back then I posted a link to some search references where Gordon had mentioned Rose. There are many more but this only goes back so far:search.php?keywords=Rose&terms=all&author=gsmitheman&fid%5B%5D=32&sc=1&sf=all&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&st=0&ch=1000&t=0&submit=Search
We are like snowflakes tossed by the winds of time, each unique yet joined together in some manner as we come in contact with others we bump into during our descent to God's green earch. There we rest awhile until that day when the Son comes out and draws us back up to the clouds.
Gordon was truely a unique and gigantic snowflake, there will never be another quite like him as there will never be another like each of us. I continue to fold for the MPC team as best I can but some of the luster is now gone. I will recover in time and hope to return to this forum but I count it a blessing having known this man.
God bless each of you,
