 Post subject: All Stanford university and folding servers down, regional?

All the Stanford University servers, including folding, are down, inaccessible. Is this a Northern California regional WAN-Internet problem? Does anyone know of any scheduled server maintenance / revamp work?

Everything seems to be working fine for me? I can get to their folding page and I started a new WU not too long ago.

No wu's here either. All my PC's are currently idling and I cannot connect to the Stanford server stats page either. However I can access it through my smart phone so I think the outage is on my ISP side. I have Time Warner. I can access most of my favorites, including maxpc, but not all. I recall reading last week that Time Warner had a similar outage in the eastern part of the country. I'll be forced to wait it out. :(

While my wired PC's wait on TW I tethered my wireless PC's to my smart phone and they are now folding units once again. :D

I have the same ISP and I'm having some problems loading websites today.

They could be having some connection problems.

Yes, all .EDU websites are unavailable through Time Warner cable. "Technicians are working as quickly as possible to resolve this problem."
