I have been having a Intel P4 2.0Ghz unit be doing the folding@home Program. Right now I don't want to fold on my Main Rig because Nvidia messed up something in my Driver for my Card and now I get every few minutes my Video and Sound locks up for a few seconds and continue. I found out it was the Video Driver because when I uninstalled the Driver and used Microsofts FailSafe Driver no issues.

Also on a Autism Forum I go on I ran into this Puzzle Game http://fold.it/ it does deal with Folding@home.

That must be a pita 'for a driver doing that to your gpu'. I'll keep the patch you used for it in mind though. Thanks.

... I was just thinking about what members have done in the past 'with driver problems in general'. It's generally
recommended to completely remove the video driver in question from the machine, then try going with a
earlier driver. You may have already tried this, but just in case...

I've heard of the FoldIt effort before. First time I've actually gone to the site. Thanks for the link. Next, maybe I'll get up the nerve to actually try one of the intro puzzles.
