Traveling down old Route 66, not far from Winslow, Arizona is the site commonly known as Meteor Crater. If you're out that way, it's just a couple of miles off the road and worth the trip.

The "Gateway Arch" in St. Louis Mo. stands at 630 feet tall. I stood at the top (inside) when I was 16 years old.

The "Space Needle" in Seattle, Washington, was built in "1962" and comes in at 605 ft. Who knows? It may have settled 5 ft. since then. ; )

Definitely NOT the Aswan Dam which took 10 years to construct and is 364 feet (111 meters) high.

Bottom of a structure 600 ft high has me thinking a Dam or a tower

Sorry I forgot to post a new clue yesterday. :oops:

Drove over the bridge by the hoover dam last March. I was quite choked that you couldnt see a dam thing from it. (See what i did there?? :wink:) I wish we had had more time to turn around and go to the view area.
