Like a few other members of 11108 have posted over the years, I
started Folding for the Maximum PC team back in 2004. The editors had
posted a little blurb in the March or April issue of the magazine and
I thought it would be a fun and worthwhile project for ONE of my
That was amusing and all...and then I found the Forum. If it wasn't
for the Maximum PC Forum and all the great people on our team.... I
would have quit Folding a long time ago. This is an amazing group of
volunteers and I'm proud to be a part of it.
No volunteer work I can think of, has the potential to do SO much good
for SO many people.
As Dex said in his nomination speech, it's been nearly two years since
I was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma. I had my surgery followed by
radiation treatments and then chemotherapy every six months that
finished this past summer.
As of a few months ago, my final PET scan was clean and my blood work
shows the same.

Anybody know how late the deli that sells the PowerBall tickets stays
