I have some people interested in getting a system from me, but I was thinking of just selling one of them my system now and building a new one. The specs are:

Cooler Master CM690 Case
Raidmax 530SS 530 Watt Modular PSU
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L Mobo
Intel E6300 1.86GHz OC'd @ 3.06GHz
OCZ Fatality RAM 4 Gigs (2x2) OC'd at 900MHz
nVidia GeForce 9600 GT DSE (Dual Slot Edition) OC'd
(1) Western Digital 500Gb 7200RPM HDD
(3) Seageat 1Tb 5400RPM HDD's
(1) HP +/- R DVD Burner with LightScribe
(1) Lite-On DVD Burner
(1) 52-1 Media Card Reader
(1) 5 port PCI USB add-in card

Anybody willing to guess at what this would be worth? I could also replace 1 HDD with a Blu-ray ROM Drive if that might add some value to it. Any other questions feel free to ask.

*Update*
Found some updated and better info on the System. I seemed to have forgotten what was in my system. Here are the revised list of specs w/prices:

Cooler Master RC690 Case -$69.99
Raidmax 530SS 530 Watt Modular PSU -$39.99
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L Mobo -$85.99
Intel E6300 1.86GHz OC'd @ 3.06GHz -$82.99
Masscool CPU Fan -$19.99
OCZ Fatality RAM 4 Gigs (2x2) OC'd at 900MHz -$55.99
nVidia GeForce 9600 GT DSE (Dual Slot Edition) OC'd -$89.99
(1) Seagate 500Gb 7200RPM HDD -$69.99
(3) Western Digital 1Tb 7200RPM HDD's -$84.99 x 3 =$254.97
(1) HP +/- R DVD Burner with LightScribe -$31.99
(1) Lite-On DVD Burner -$27.99
(1) 52-1 Media Card Reader -$9.99
(1) 5 port PCI USB add-in card -$9.99

(1) Lite-On Blu-ray drive -$104.99

Which comes out to ~$850 with 4th HDD or ~$870 with Blu-ray. These are prices I found now, mostly on newegg, but for products that weren't on newegg I used Google Shopping and took an approximate average of the top 5 rated sellers prices w/out shipping or tax. So those prices don't take into consideration the prices I paid for the products at the time or the time I've spent into buying/building/OC'ing/maintaining the system.

What does everyone think would be a fair price? I could also throw in a Dell 17" LCD with DVI cables and a generic Keyboard/Mouse/Speaker combo if that needs be. And if all else fails I have a spare copy of XP I can use off an old system that's just laying around.

$500 - $550. You'll probably get more money for it, if you sold the TB HDDs separate from the computer.

I could part the system out for more than that, why would I sell the whole system assembled for that?

not really.
a used Raidmax 530W PSU is definitely worth less then $40, more like $20.
a used P35 mobo is also worth a lot less then what you said, more like $50.
a used E6300 is almost worthless nowadays. 2.5Ghz 45nm Pentium DC's sell for $50 nowadays. that E6300 might be worth $40, but since it's been overclocked, more like $25.
The DDR2 isn't worth that either, moer like $40.
a used overclocked 9600GT is definitely not worth $90 by any stretch. More like $50.
I mean, you can try selling the system for $850, but any sensible person will pay the same for a new Core i5 machine.
My advice is to pull out the 3 1TB HDD's and sell them separate, and then sell the rest of the system for some $500.
