Maximum PC

I have been considering selling my computer to make way for an upgrade to an i7 rig. Or perhaps just parting out the components I can't reuse. Would y'all please give me an idea of what I could get for it as it is now and an opinion on if I should reuse some of the existing parts? I was thinking of saving the case, PSU & hard drive. The specs are:

Q9450 @ 3.2GHz, XFX 790i Ultra, EVGA 9800GX2, 4 GB Corsair DDR3 1600 (4 x 1GB), WD Velociraptor, X-Fi XtremeGamer, Vista Home Premium 64-bit.

Parting out the components would probably be best. Your budget and needs will determine what you should sell or reuse. Maybe this should be in the Help Me Buy/Help Me Build section. A new i7 and mobo wouldn't cost you much. If you game a lot you might want a new video card or maybe you can wait a little longer.

Some of the folders might take the CPU, mobo, and Video card off your hands. You could probably get access to Team MPC - Hardware Swap & Sell. I'm not sure what people would pay.

What case are you currently using?
