Its a good all around system, CPU and RAM upgrade are the way to go.

upgrade depending on what the max FSB on that board is, even if its still 266 upgrade to a 2400+ and its a world of difference

The FSB maximum is 400Mhz. It's an NForce 2 motherboard with Dual Channel Ram. So I guess the consensus is to upgrade the processor, ram, and maybe the case too right ;-)

I voted "sell" because you should upgrade to an A64 system, imo.

I would personally upgrade it. It may not be 64-bit, but shove a fast Barton-core and some more memory into that mobo and you'll have a kickin' system. :wink:
