Ok, So I'm looking to build a new machine but I want to know how much to ask for my old one. Specs as follows:

Antec 400W PSU
AMD Athlon 2200+
MSI K7N2 Delta MB (nForce 2 Ultra 400)
GeForce FX 5700 Ultra (OC'd to 525/1040 stable)
512 MB PC 2100
Plextor 24/10/40A CDRW
Pioneer 16x DVD-ROM
Hercules Guillemont Game Theater XP Sound Card
60GB Maxtor 7200 RPM HD
Floppy
:P
Red/Green Cold Cathode Kit
Round ATA and Floppy Cables

Let me know what you think!

You didn't mention the case, but I'm going to guess it's a mid range antec because of the PSU.

Sounds like a decent system, I would say $450 is a good solid price. Recently I sold an 1800+ system with an MX440 & 256MB w/K7S5A and a burner for $375. Your machine is quite a bit better than that.

The Case is an Enlight mid-tower case, I bought a different PSU for it. Also I have now upgraded thje proc to a Athlon XP 3200+ and the memory to 512MB of Kingston PC3200 DDR, how much would you say that adds?

id say why bother selling now, just upgrade the video card to top of the line, you should be happy for a year or more, then we may have dual processor cores to play with. and that will mean all new everything.

Thats what I'm beginning to think... The difference the new proc made was absolutely astounding. Gaining in the thousands of points on 3DMark2001 se. Not to mention doom 3 looks incredible at acceptable detail settings. Yes, Liquid is happy, I'll probably drop a new VC and another 512 o' RAM in there b4 the end of the year. With so much new stuff coming out right now, it's porbably a smart Idea to wait anyways, for the same reason you never buy a first-model year car. Let em work the bugs out first and drop the price.
