If nobody has one to pony up over here, you could try [H]'s For Sale forum. Ebay sellers want too much for Paly's, but you may find a cheap deal over on [H].

Do you still have this CPU and are you still willing to donate it? Looks like the other CPU got cooked. :(

has everyone fallen asleep here, no action is bad action. i guess i have to sweeten the pot. if someone is going to look for a processor, and pay the price.

then i will leave the mb for free, and leave the 2400+ in it for 50.00 plus shipping.

Folding is an application that runs to help fold protiens for medical research. There are teams like the one here at MaxPC that contribute computer time for this.

http://folding.stanford.edu/stats.html

Here's the web page that will tell you more.

It's a common aparatus used by students to keep their papers safe

I kid, I kid - a 'Folder' is a person who 'Folds' proteins in the hopes of leading to cures for cancer, Alzheimer's, etc. We fold proteins by donating our unused CPU cycles to the task. Let me direct you to here:

Folding@Home

EDIT: Darn you Joker, you cut in line
