Maximum PC

I've been talking to a friend of mine that's been looking to buy a computer and told him I'd sell him my old AMD system. The main parts are only about a month old; motherboard, CPU, ram, PSU, and HD

Case: Sunbeam Transformer w/ 2 added 120mm sythe fans (modded the side case over the vid card for one of them)
Motherboard: ASUS M4A79XTD EVO
CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 565 OC @ 4ghz (very stable and minimal Vcore added)
CPU cooler: Zalman 9900 - it's been lapped and showed a 2*c drop
RAM: 8 gb G Skill 1333 8-8-8-21 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820231189
PSU: Corsair HX850
Vid card: x1950 Pro Xfire edition HIS Turbo Ice Q3 (he doesn't want my 6870 that's in it because I told him since I just bought it I would charge him at least $190 for it)
HD: Seagate 7200.12 500gb
Windows Vista 64bit Ultimate
AVG total internet security w/ 300 days left
3 DVD drives, one is DELL, LG, & samsung

I told him $700 for it even though it's probly worth more but I want your guy's suggestions

Forgot to add, I modded the inside of the case to route the PSU cables behind the mobo and installed grommets to prevent fraying. It's tastefully done and the cable management is top notch now. Even routed the case pin connectors behind the board as well, and that was a pain.

Also, added O-rings to the fan mounts to isolate vibration noise.
