Maximum PC

What would the estimated value (resale value) of the following board:

Zotac ION ITX-F-E board (with the full x16 PCI Express slot).

Here's the board's features (brief):
Integrated Atom 330 dual core hyperthreaded processor (1.6 GHz with a 1MB cache)
(2) DDR2 DIMM slots (for up to 4GB of RAM -- may hold 8GB)
(3) SATA-2.0 ports & (1) eSATA port
(6) USB 2.0 ports
10/100/1000 Gigabit ethernet port
NVidia GeForce 9300 integrated graphics (supports up to 512MB of shared memory, 450 Mhz GPU clock, and I think it has something like 16 shader cores, maybe 24 or 32, but I think at least 16)
Uses only about 30-40 watts at max load (with drives)

Estimated resales value? (because I want to sell this and build a slightly better media server--this one would work as a HTPC system or as a file server for a home network, but I need a computer that can do both and that can encode video too, so this one isn't quite powerful enough -- it's gotten very good reviews though throughout the Internet, especially for it's full-sized x16 PCI Express slot support).

What fell apart though? You were so excited about this iTX thing. Did you find i had limits like we told you, or just...what?

Probably $100-120 if it's just for the board, depending on how long you have owned it.
