Two more apprasials please (I'm doing my fall cleaning right now....)
Core 2 Quad Q9550 (OEM chip): Never overclocked or abused (it's about 1 year old--works great) (This is the 95watt 12MB L2 cache version, NOT the 9550s)
Next is a 3x1GB DDR2-1066 RAM sticks. Crucial brand. Ballistix type with heatspreaders. Work fine, tested with no problems.
Estimated values? I'm thinking maybe around $160-180 for the CPU and possibly $30 for the RAM (both sticks)?? The CPU is obviously a bit older, but seeing the way the economy is going, some may not want to part with their current Socket 775 mobos and DDR2 RAM, so I think the cpu still has a chance at selling at decent price. Can't really compeete with the newer i7 800-series, but beats the hell out of any dual core or existing quad for most of the intensive tasks in my opinion. I may also throw in my Cooler Master Hyper 212+ plus CPU cooler as an added bonus for the CPU (since I won't need it anyway, and they go for about $20 now anyways).
