This deal at NewEgg seems a little too good to be true....

http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=24-008-019&depa=0

Price: $289 - $75 rebate

Specs:

Panel Type: TFT Active Matrix LCD
Native Resolution: SXGA 1280x1024
Pixel Pitch: 0.264 mm
Brightness: 300 cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 450:1
Response Time: 16 ms
View Angle: 150° / 130° (Horizontal / Vertical)
Input Connectors: 15-pin mini D-sub x 1, Digital DVI x 1

Anybody see a downside? I get really confused by all the specs on LCD's, but these look decent...

Princeton's been around for years. They're just not as well known as some of the bigger mfg's.

I recieved mine today, and I have to say that I agree with the reviews. Looks great.

At work today I was playing with a Dell 1704FPV, and this $100 cheaper moniitor (the Senergy 714) stands up very well. The stand on the Dell is much more flexible (and nicer in general), but other than that, I like the Senergy better.

Only time will tell if this was a good investment, but after the first 6 hours, I am very happy.

It wasn't for free and it wasn't being sent to my house. Bummer. :(
