Where is the best place to sell? Amazon, Ebay, or Craigslist? Then what is usually the cost of a good-great condition used part? 75% of cost of comparable new?

How quick are you trying to get rid of it. Each site has advantages and disadvantages. What part are you trying to sell and how old is it. Personally, I would say about 50-65% of the current new value.

eBay: Will generally make the most money if the item is moving fast on eBay and going for a generally high price. But you pay listing fees (unless you start out below $1) and final value fees.

Amazon: If you are willing to wait a while or your item is less common, you will likely make more money this way. There are no listing fees, but there are final value fees. But compared to eBay, these fees are tiny.

Craigslist: This is dependent on the area where you live. You may make a lot of money or hardly any. There are no fees, which makes this service nice. And you get to set the price. But you may become "tech support" if something goes wrong, so specifically mention that if you go that route.

So my recommendation would be, try Craigslist first for the highest value you want. If you get no bites, there is no harm, then just sell it on eBay.
