Hey everyone,

Alright, so I'd like to get an appraisal on my current setup, which consists of the following:

* CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 9450

* Motherboard: Gigabyte X48T-DQ6

* Memory: Corsair 4GB Ballistix DDR3-1600

* Case: Cooler Master Cosmos S

* Hard Drive: 1TB SAMSUNG HD103UJ

* DVD-RW: Samsung SH-S203B

* Videocard: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512

* Monitor: Samsung 2253BW Black 22" LCD

* PSU: PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610 EPS12V

* CPU Fan: Cooler Master X Dream P775

* Keyboard & Mouse: Logitech Cordless Wave Combo

* OS: Currently running on Windows 7 64-Bit RC but will be upgrading to
Windows 7 64-Bit Home Premium

* Speakers: Logitech Z-680 5.1

I think that's everything, thanks to all in advance.

Happy Holidays!

ok I will be the first to ask you why you are shopping in the museum parts dept?

the core 2 quad while a fine cpu is very dated already
the nvidia 8800 again was great 4 years ago

you would be better suited spending your coin on a new set up that has a better life expectancy like a core i5, or i7 rig. they can be had for less money and get much better results for anything you are going to do.

that system that he posted is his current system and he was asking how much is it worth if he sold it.

also thats the G92 version of the 8800, so its as old as the 8800gt. performance is comparable to the 9800gtx
