Does anyone remember what it looked like before the orange? I can't remember.

Here's what it looked like back in 2005.

My monitor at my main job is crap and the site did not look good on it. Now that I am at home and have a monitor that is color corrected and not a cheap POS the red is not blinding, as a matter of fact it looks quite good. My only suggestion would be to add some black somewhere on the forum pages other than the top and bottom. The red and white everywhere on the page has a 'clinical' feel to it.

That is my only semi-negative comment. Other than that the refresh looks great! I think the front page is much easier to read, not sure if that is due to the new colors or a re-organization but it is better none the less.

I don't like it. I always have my monitor at 45 brightness and 45 contrast and it blinds my eyes. Too much red and white.

Hey thanks Will for the red refresh. The orange was ok, but I never really liked it. I always used this script to change the forum colors (red and grey) but sadly it was a bit incompatible with the main page.

Some are saying that the red is too bright (I have to agree) and maybe you can match the style of the script that I am using...hehe.. :D

Please, please, please fix the "Location" bug!

Other than that, I'm okay with red. Ivory instead of white would be nice

What you can do, especially if you're running FF3, Chrome, or (I think) Safari or Opera, is hold down ctrl while you scroll your mouse wheel. That will zoom the entire site (images and all) so you can see it bigger on your widescreen panel. Does that help?

IE does that too. Always has. Hater. :P

I like the keypad shortcuts for Firefox better. Ctrl + -/+ to increase decrease the size and then Ctrl + 0 to set it back to defaults.

One last thing: After all these years, why are the options for "ban panel" and "Usergroups" still up there?

Because we use the Ban Panel to ban people, and Usergroups to put users into groups.
