my forum clock is currently an hour slow (I'm GMT -5)

it's 1:44 PM for me as a I write this and the Forum says it's 12:44

did the forum not "spring forward' with the rest of us?

or is this just happening to me?

Nope, it happened to me as well. I had to back and manually adjust my time in my profile. I think you're about a month behind, though......

I believe it's because the DST is a U.S. thing. Even then, not all States participate. Also, this is hosted on the World Wide Web. Everyone that logged in from around the world would get confuzzled.

Better to keep a few Americans confuzzled rather than the whole world. :)

Actually, the only state that has never participated is Arizona.

Also, I think it's more to do with the fact that they are slowly phasing DST out over the next two years. It will be gone in 2010 or 2011. So, it came and ended earlier this year, and will do so even earlier next year. I think the forum software hasn't been programmed for this, and we'll have to change the time zone again in a month or so.
