Has making a new Forum for Windows 7 under the existing heading "OS/Software/Programming" already been discussed?

I'm guessing the answer might be, 'if I have so much I wanted to ask / talk about Windows 7 I should find a more specific forum'. Like Microsoft TechNet Forums.

My reasoning is that I think Maximum PC users / editors think more outside the box and I want to hear feed back from them not Microsoft geeks. I see that there are three threads for Windows 7 under OS. However, it looks like my posts will just get lost in them.

Just an idea / question,

But...

"Things are starting to get out of hand with regards to Windows 7.

All posts about Windows 7 should be made in the appropriate pre-existing threads. (Hint: They are the stickies at the top.)

The only time you should make a new thread about Windows 7 is if you have a VERY specific PROBLEM with installing it or a piece of hardware/software that you need help fixing. Also check the existing threads to see if your problems has already been dealt with.

All new threads about Windows 7 that does not meet that criteria will be moved to the Landfill.

Have a nice day. Very Happy

Satchboy"

I'm a rookie here, didn't want to piss anyone off the first week!

If it were a full release and a finished product, I'm sure it could be incorporated in. But it IS still only a beta. There is forum help available if you need it, per Satchboy's instructions.

We never had one for XP or Vista so I can't really see a need for a Win7 header.
