I find that Firefox 3.0.5 does not work properly on these forums... like for example the polls don't show up right... I have to fire up IE7 to select a choice on a poll for example. urlpoll

Odd.. I am using 3.0.5 and the poll shows up fine and lets me vote fine!

perhaps you can update flash and Java and see if that helps you?

Also double check all of your Add-ons and see if one of them is interfering with the issue.

next, double check and see if the theme you are using is the culprit.

All else fails - uninstall and reinstall firefox!

You should use IE7. Using browsers that only work some of the time will result in the issues you are facing. 8)

This is fail lol. FireFox works fine for me too, version 3.0.5. Did you update it recently or install any new addons like geek suggested?

Is this a new finding? How long has this been happening for you?

Have you cleared your cache and Maximum PC cookies?

I have no problem with polls on this or any other forum using Firefox. IE works well and I have no qualms about using it if I need to but I still prefer Firefox.

I wonder if you've accidentally resized your FF screen for MaxPC forums. FF remembers, unlike IE7, the size settings for each website you visit.

Could you please post a screen shot?

With any IE incompatibilities, I use IE tab. (its a FF addon)
