The web site's layout does not work correctly in some situations for Firefox 3, Safari 4, Opera 9.5, or Chrome (it does work in IE [rolls eyes]).
The issue is with the column used for links on pages (the one in the middle that holds links to Reviews, Features, Doctor, etc.). The problem occurs when the content display (e.g., list of reviews or news, or article) is shorter than that column. When this is true, the subscription ad pops up to the bottom of the content block, and in the process prevents clicking on any links within it.
The issue occurs because of a CSS issue:

Setting the "clear" property in the above block to "both" fixes the issue.
