Way to go! Top notch guide. I like how you are getting the word out on Heatware as well. The only other addition I would make would be that if one is trolled to contact www.trollhunters.com (started by members of PCA) They sometimes can help resolve an issue(although they are limited of course by cooperation). The biggest benefit though is they keep a list of offenders and their info to pass along to other popular forums and appraisers.

None that I can think of. You did a top notch job the first go around. Between your guide and the tips on trollhunters it should be well covered. If I do think of something I will let you know.
