I cannot see them. To be more specific, where they should appear they do not.

It started two days ago. No one's avatar would show up for me. Now it seems everyone's avatar is reappearing, except my own. I even tried reloading my avatar onto the server but it doesn't show up, dumping my browser's cache and temporary files, but still no avatar.

*sniffles* :'(

Yeah - All I see is your team badge.

This is an ongoing problem - I think folks are aware

I have the same problem. I tried to update mine and it vanished and started giving me some errors. Poof! gone :(

What is up with this? The avatars keep on dissapearing. I keep reloading it and I usually get errors like these:

Weird. Uploaded the image from a different machine than the other temp one I'm using and it works...odd.

I need my motherboard back! At least everything worked normally with my baby, *sniff*.

Signatures aren't alowed on this forum. You can pretty much ignore all signature boxes.

I would appreciate a response from a forum administrator about this issue, if at all possible? While I normally wouldn't complain about something so insignificant, I can't help but feel left out as I seem to be the only forum member afflicted with this problem, aside from kansflo.

I was getting those warnings too when trying to upload from my local machine, think maybe my firewall might be blocking a snooper handshake

So, I uploaded the same image to a web server first, then transfered it to the MPC host, and it worked fine

You might try that

We're aware of the problem. It has to do with the way the server cluster on the new machines work. That said, we don't have a fix or an ETA for a fix at this time, which is exactly what I said in the other thread about avatars.

I have an idea for everyone to try. Are you trying to upload them from your machine? I can't get them to work at all when I try that. But, they work some of the time if you upload them off of a web page. I use photobucket for hosting pictures. Anyway, as will said they're trying to fix it. Maybe my suggestion might help until then?

Tried. When it works, it's only temporary.

Also, try renaming the image on your harddrive to something short (under 8 characters) and then upload again. Then just wait and hope really hard.
