An entire section would be overkill. However, we do have threads dedicated to both. It's been awhile since anyone has posted in either of them, but feel free to jump in:

It is - but he submitted all forms in triplicate to the Branch Authority and permission was given at:

Yes, but common sense goes a long way. Bumping an old thread debating a 9700 Pro vs a 5700 serves no purpose, or any topic that is basically dead. Adding to an 'Official' specs thread or computer picture posting thread is just fine, as both are ongoing topics. The alternative would be to start a new thread, which would be redundant IMO. Incidentally, both threads were started by mods.

EDIT: I went ahead and bumped both topics so new members don't have to worry about catching flack over it - I'll take the heat if it's a problem. I bumped both with the following message:
    Bump*

*This is not an invitation to bump old, dead threads. Rather, I'm bringing this ongoing topic to the top for the benefit of our new members (see here ---> LINK) as well as the veterans who may have an updated system to add. Bumping threads is still 'teh bad', see here for more info ---> LINK
