Maximum PC

Hey guys,

We're moving the forums to a new hosting provider this weekend, so there will probably be some downtime. We expect to initiate the DNS change Sunday afternoon, at which time we'll turn off the old forums. As you know, DNS changes can take a while to propogate, however, we expect everything should be working within three or four hours.

The good news is that the new servers are faster than the old ones, and we'll have better load-balancing, so when one of our sites get Slashdotted, the forums will continue working.

We had some technical problems last night, but the change should start around 10PM PDT tonight, barring any more problems.
