Then the information will be together and the template at the beginning of the
original thread that Colby worked on will be preserved.

If nothing has changed in the ability of any admin on this forum in the last year; there's no "Merge" ability what so ever...only split. Merge is a messy function that even those with the best intent can leave posters entirely lost. It's a good function for tech support sites and a good idea for this particular thread...I just doubt it's as easy as that.

But thanks! I've disconnected myself for so long, I didn't know "The Studio" existed...seriously! I've wanted to post general non-PC comments and comments but only knew the Lounge/Break Room was under the thumb. It's like I'm re-learning the forums all over again.
