somehow the following gets flagged and can not be posted to the comments and i want to know why! this is bull$#!% at there is spam all over the comments but i get flagged all the time.

this is mostly aimed at sites that have no license to show movies but still do. some advertise watch free movies just do this or that first. a lot of these shady sites have been linked to hackers and identity thief's. its how they make money.
i doubt anybody watching the streaming content would ever be charged under this law, as you would have to prove the person watching knew the site they watched it on did not have a license.
