Maximum PC

Is this something you are going to keep up in the future? The last post was by on September 4th. That's a pretty long cycle time even for a print publication.

Yeah, about that. We're in the process of re-absorbing MaximumTech as a sub-section of Maximumpc.com instead of its own website. It was an experiment to see if we could spin off the more tech- and gadget-focused coverage into its own site and have it be sustainable on its own. What ended up happening was that we lost the traffic that those stories used to give Maximumpc.com and the viewers didn't reappear on MaximumTech. So we're reabsorbing them (and working on making it so tech coverage doesn't drown out PC coverage), the better to utilize our available resources.
