I get the same thing.

Think it is a problem with the website.

I'm currently corresponding with a rep with this issue. His name is Jon Phillips <jphillips@futureus.com>. My original issue was that I couldn't post comments in any of the articles even though I've been registered for years. I would get a message that my post is being flagged as spam. This doesn't happen all the time but it happens often enough and it's really irritating. Just recently I've been getting access denied errors every time I log into the website but if I try a couple of times it eventually goes through. I'm still getting spam detected errors even though I eventually login fine. Now, when I installed internet explorer 9, my comments dissappear before I get the captcha screen which is really pssing me off. To add to this issue, Jon has been responding that I'm the only one with this problem so if you and people you know that are having this issue have the time, please email Jon and help get this fixed. It's obvious that Future US isn't getting enough complaints about this, but I can't be the only one having this problem! :(

Same problem. I can't even get basic access to my account.

I always land on "Access Denied"

Shame.

Similar problem here. When I click on the "Add Comment" box nothing happens. No error message. No comment window. Nothing. I thought at first it was an IE-9 issue but not so. I get the same lack of response on any computer I try whether it is Windows 7, XP, IE8 or IE9. Do ya think they have figured out that they have a problem yet?

I also wanted to weigh in on the issue of not being able to comment. I don't get an "access denied" page, nor do I get anything at all. I will click the button "+ Add a Comment," and nothing happens. By nothing, I mean absolutely, positively nothing will happen. It's as if I clicked on a URL page that simply has the # character to make a dead-end link, that does nothing. (example: maximumpc.com/#.html)

The two articles I tried to comment on were the following:

http://www.maximumpc.com/article/how-to ... ource_code
http://www.maximumpc.com/article/18_key ... op_storage

The only way in which I am able to comment is by replying to someone else's post on an article... I realize someone is working on it, I think, but I thought I would let you guys know what's happening on my end, as my fuck-ups are a bit different than the original post here.

Yes, he clarified his identity and I'm continuing to correspond with him about this issue. I just assumed a rep had the same name and didn't think I was talking to the actual guy. He said I was responsible of getting the webmaster's address on the contact section of the max pc site!

This is getting totally ridiculous. I was able to finally get IE 9 working well with the website and even left a few comments. But now the site will not accept my verification input no matter what. I even tried audio and it still refuses to accept it. I tried Chrome and same results. I have no trouble on any other forum or website that I access. I guess I will just give up trying to comment on Max PC articles for a while. I'll try again in a few weeks.
