Maximum PC

Sir/madam:
I need help in loggig into max pc forums for future.
Couple of times in past I did not recognize the correct security code.
And I was locked out of logIn for a long time, may be 2,3 months !!
I could login successfully today. But that may not be a guarantee in future.
I have been a faithful subscriber of the Forum also the MaxPC Magazine for
some years.
I also have a suggestion for the security code that is required and shown
when logging in. The letters or the graphics shown are very obscure
and hard to read and can lead to a definate mistake. And a loss of losing
previlage for future log in's.
Please try making it simple and readable. I am pretty sure no thiefs are
intruding in the forums.
So help me and all.
