I think I have a workaround :D

Submit a post, and on the page where it says "view post" or "return to forum", refresh the page. You should wind up in the page to make a post. then, click the forum you are in. You should still be logged in :D

It just shows you as logged in, but when you try to post again you will have to re-login.

Same thing happens if you paste the "sid=" number back into the end of link.

Trying Tedster's tip...

*holds breath, pushes submit with a finger on F5*

EDIT: I thought it worked because I was still logged in after the post was submitted. But then I went to post again and it kicked me to login.

I just wait for the forum to redirect me automatically and then just click the log in button. It takes time and is a couple extra clicks but so far it seems to "work".

Nothing known to man or forum could possibly impact or impede your post count.

I have the same problem as these people do. (Firefox V.3.6.10).

The good side to this situation???

Now I waste less time posting when I should be doing more important things.
Like working for MoNeY!! (You remember what that stuff is, right? People around the world use it to get food, shelter and occasionally, HAPPINESS!)
