There's a listing of the editorial staff, office, and subscription service. There should be a place in the "Contact Us" listing to note little things like dead links. Using the forum seems like an inefficient way to notify the magazine web staff since they don't seem to visit regularly.

Maybe there can be a sticky for things we notice that may require quick action; things like dead links or abusive article comments. The articles get pushed off the front page several times a day, and forum posts get pushed down the list where they don't get noticed as immediately.
