Maximum PC

I'm just wondering.

I'm about to buy a PCI-E vid card (as the subject states) and i'm courious what you guys picks are for the dream and mid range system.

I have not found all that much support of this tech yet, seeing as its going to be the standard i would think some companies would produce more. i am looking for a minumum of 6800 lvl cards (or X600 for you ATI fans).

Lemme know what you guys think

I have an x600 out of force. I had hoped on a 6800GT PCIe, then hoped for an Ultra. Either way, they aren't here. I just got a standard x600 and I'm not happy at all with paying $180 for it. But what can ya do? Just got in an Asus x800XTE this morning, so I may try and pawn off this x600.

If I had my desires, it'd be for a 6800GT PCIe. The price, value, and performance are just there. To pay the extra for an Ultra is a command decision IMO. It'll be the best (I think) in any system, but it's a bit pricey.

Again, I've bought two video cards in the last 4 weeks that I didn't really want. But them's tha breaks. I don't know how it runs yet, but I'm sure I'll be happy. But for the price....gosh...still in shock.

I've checked pricewatch and i've checked newegg, i can't seem to find any kind of variety of cards. can anyone gimme a good link to check prices and avalability?
