How long did it take to get your card from the day you pruchased it to the day it arrived?

Also, where did you purchase it(chumbo,newegg,tigerdirect etc etc), and what manufacturer was it? (XFX, eVGA, BFG, PNY etc etc).


I ordered a PNY Verto GeForce 6800 GT last week from PNY directly because their website said "NOW AVAILABLE" and inside the more info area said it would ship 8-14-04. Still hasn't shipped, I've looked around different sites on the net and found that MOST 6800 cards are on order until the 23/26th of this month. I'm hoping it will ship after that but not sure?

I ordered my 6800 ultra direct from the eVGA web site. It was the 2nd preorder that they offered. I ordered on 07/31/04. They said it would ship on 08/10/04, and I paid for overnight shipping. They actually shipped the card a day early, so I received it on the morning of 8/10. The card arrived well packed and in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with it.

I ordered my 6800 GT on the 4th from Zip Zoom Fly (they listed it IN STOCK!; they lied) and recieved it on the 11th.

And for DEA; really goddamned long. Barely fit in my baig-assed Antec SX0135B.

i bought mine (Geforce 6800, no GT, no Ultra) at Directron, which is local for me, and picked it up in the store the same day i ordered.

as for the size, it's way too long. my squeezes between the space of 2 hard drives on the other end. my case is the same build as the Chieftec Dragon (mine's a generation before that, i don't know the name anymore).

Yeah, I thought I was going to have to move my serial ATA hard drives, especially with the length of the connectors sticking out from the drives and the length of the power connectors sticking out from the back of the video card.

i ordered it on a sunday from newegg got it that week wednesday. its the eVGA e-GeForce 6800 not ultra or gt, just plain 6800.

omfg GeForce 6800 Ultra Extreme Edition.....A GRAND?? wow


Athlon11, thats a 128mb card, theyre usually easier to find than the GT or Ultra. Hell I think the GT is the hardest to find b/c it's the most affordable uber card out now.

i know it is, its in my system right now. he didnt specify what type of 6800 so i replied.

if you buy evga cards directly from evga.com (yes they are out of stock right now....) they are much cheaper. like 500 for the ultra, 400 for the gt and 300 for the standard, which is cheaper than any place else i've seen.
