Maximum PC

What's good, forum? This is my first post and to kick it off, I need advice on a deal my friend wants to make with me me for a used video card he has. It's an HIS Radeon HD 4670. Link for the specs are here. My friend says it's in very good condition and he says he can make a deal for under a hundred dollars. Is this a good deal?

And a sidenote: I'm currently trying to build my first computer and this is probably going to be the only video card I'm going to use if I get it, unless I can get another one and have both of them cost under $200. Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks guys.
