Maximum PC

I have a Dell optiplex 750 and i've upgraded the video card to a VisionTek (SSF) Radeon 5570 VHDCI. it's a small form factor card that supports up to 4 monitors via a large proprietary port out to 4 pigtails. im currently running only 3 monitors and i've had them setup just the way i wanted to. problem is, this is a work PC and is used for dispatching and multiple people log on and off throughout the day.

I had everything configured and somebody else logged on. apparently the display configuration didnt stay put, it disabled two monitors and only showed one working. when i logged back in... it didnt revert back, i still only have one monitor enabled. is there a reason that my multi monitor display profile didnt stay between users and didnt come back when i logged back on?

If someone else was using the other two monitors the yes they would turn off while those monitors are in use by other employees, the boss cant snicker doodle on their work.

i think maybe i didnt explain that well enough. here's whats happening:

Adminsistrator: logged on.. settings configured. all 3 monitors in order. everything's good.

guest: logs in, 2 monitors are disabled, only one displays.

administrator: confused...logs back in and he too has only one display working.

conclusion: multimonitor settings lost once another user logs in.
