Well not just a router but a Router /firewall but before that a switch which goes to a switch then to my server. Plus ts a dynamic ip address. so i am using filezilla server and have ports set to 25-80 and my external port to what it is, and i give people the internal ip but i cannot get people to connect to it... Is there somthing on the Router i must change ro something?....

The Specs are:

Netopia Router
Dlink 16port 10/100 switch
Linksys 5port workgroup switch
Year 2000 Dell Dimension 4300

If you need screenshots or something i will give em to ya if it helps me set this server up, thanks!

It may not be your network topology as your client configurations. Is the server attached to a domain? if not, is everyone on the same workgroup? are you able to ping the server? are you able to ping any of the workstations from the server itself? why 2 switches? is port fowarding enabled on both of them? is your router configured as a pure packet router or as a gateway?

the more info the better!
