Ok i recently tryed to enable my windows xp home machine for ftp file sharing. I quickly found out that win. xp home doesent have this feature. Any one know of a good third party, cheap, program i can use??

i have personally used this program before in windows and definateley(note that it is spelled incorrectly) a good freeware ftp program. GuildFTP and there are MANY others. Just do a download.com search for Guildftp

i heard filezilla is pretty good. check out www.sourceforge.net and download the program.

There are 2 bullet proof FTP servers, one called Bullet Proof FTP Server and one called BPFTP Server.. the first is a large clunky app while the second kicks ass, its small and lightweight but has a bunch of features. I prefer it to any other. Its not free of course.

The cheapest I know of that I would recomend(I use it myself) is Bullet Proof FTP

Check out the trial DL.
