I have a Trendnet TEW-639GR v2 router that I have been using for two years. A few days ago, the internet on my phone and on my laptop stopped working over my wi-fi connection. I didn't think much of it at the time, so I skipped the issue. Today I tried to get onto my laptop, and I couldn't connect to the internet again. So I unplugged my router and modem, plugged them back in, and still nothing.
Then I got an ethernet cable and put my laptop onto the wired LAN. Still, no internet access. So I went into the routers terminal and saw that for some reason my router isn't getting a WAN IP, subnet, gateway, or DNS. Hitting renew does nothing and I'm assuming this is my issue. I tried cloning my laptops MAC address to the router, but I still wasn't able to get WAN information from my modem.
The weirdest thing is this: my desktop still has internet access. My phone and my laptop will not connect wired or wireless, but I'm typing this on my desktop right now. How do I fix this odd issue?
