Hi

Wondering if anyone can suggest a decent un-managed switch with 1x 10GBE uplink and ~24x gigabit ports as well as an accompanying 10GBE PCI-E network card (and an inexpensive source for the cable to connect them). The network card should have available drivers for Server 2008 R2.. doesn't matter if the solution is over fiber or copper.

Preferred price is around $500 but can rise up to $1000 if necessary.

Not that the Maximum PC forums aren't a great resource, but you might get even more help if you tried some more 'IT Infrastructure' oriented forums like arstechnica.com's.
