Hopefully someone can help me out.. I am connected to my home network through ethernet, and have an external ethernet adapter i want to hook up my xbox 360 to in the same room. After i bridge my two connections, it cuts off my computer access to the network/internet.
I know i can just share my IC but i want the Xbox to have access to the network as well. Help would be very appreciated !

From my (limited) understanding you won't be able to bridge the connection without losing your net connection with the PC. If you want the Xbox to have both internet and LAN access the easiest way I can think of is to create a bridge between two switches (Your current switch and a second one placed at the end line that typically goes into your PC) and then hook your end devices to that.
