I have a small warehouse business with 6 PC computers that I share folders and
filles between them. all PC run WIN-XP and all wired allso I have a wireless network to
for my laptop and smart phone.
The problem start when people coming to me and asking to connect
to the internet via my wiireless network, don't have problem with that
I just don't want them to see my shared files.
QUESTION
How I can share my wireless network with other people
without sharing my shared files.

Depends on your router. Some have an option for a guest wireless network to be broadcast. Usually when they have that option there is also an option for wireless isolation which will keep anyone on the guest network from accessing devices on the main network. Other than that you could have multiple routers but that isn’t really a good solution.

You're so small, just upgrade the admin PC with Win7 ($100) and just setup Homegroups to control who sees and accesses what....and when.

Probably the best option would be to see if your router has a guest Wifi option, or if it does not, purchase a second basic wireless router and put it in between your internet modem and your business router. Set thew new router to a different SSID and password. That way, anyone connecting to the second router can get internet access, but they are not part of your local network and can't access your shared files.

You may also want to consider password protecting your shared folders.
