Tried Tor:
Tor is even worse: changed my network, IE, Firefox settings & is xtremely incompatible with Firefox.
Doesn't work on low speed.

I thought people used Hotspot Shield. That is how our local Canadians get to watch Hulu. So that has to be pretty fast.
