Hey i am wondering if there is any company that offers free dial up? I am not looking for 24/7 access. Just in case when I am on the road and really need to get a connection and all i got is a phone line.

Example: I am at a big arena watching a sporting event and and I need to post updates or something like that and all they provide is a RJ-11 jack.

Thanks for the help

I haven't tried either, so I cant comment on the speed or reliability. You can get really cheap dialup for ~$6 a month if you look around, this would offer an extra level of reliability.

NetZero offers a free 10 hrs. I haven't tried the service, but they do advertise a lot. (Someones supporting them). Get it here: http://www.netzero.net/free.

WTF is dial up?

There are a few options, a WiFi card like killer suggested is probably your best option. If you have broadband at home, specifically DSL, I know sometimes they offer free dial up for traveling. You just dial into one of their numbers and use your DSL login, I know AT&T offers this. Depending on the Arena they may offer Wireless access in certain areas either for free or for an hourly fee.
