A certain person has suggested to me very strongly that Google collects data of what you do and you can't turn it off. Is there truth to this?
There are currently countless blogd, articles and stories out there on this subject. How true is it or is it true? I really don't know. There seems to be a very large following out there of very paranoid people who seem to think Google is collecting everything from my DNA to my bathing habits.
Google is in the information business. They collect and sell information for their living. Nothing after all is free. Just how much of that information could be considered private is anyones guess. Google trys hard to present a squeaky clean image but seems to be faultering with their Chrome EULA and recent changes to that EULA.
This should make for interesting discussion.
