Hey guys I am in the market for a new cable connection. I play a lot of WoW and I was seaking some advice on how fast my connection should be. My choices are 1, 5, 8 or 10 Mb/s. Thank you in advance for the input

As far as playing World of Warcraft at a comfortable ping, all the above qualify. I'd say online gaming rarely uses more than 100kbit/s.

A 5 Mbps connection would be nice. You can play your game, download stuff in that back ground, use a wireless router, have more than one person on the internet at a time playing, so on and so forth.

A 1 Mbps connection would be fine tho. But the 5 would be better if more than just one person is on the connection at any given time.
