I'm really into the Firefox scene now as well. I just wish all our apps could work on it.

While I'm all for alternative browsers, I just can't bring myself to use a browser based on IE.

Firefox is my browser.

Before I had FF I had Avant Browser, and what a nightmare that was. FireFox is the one for me. :)

"Maxthon is a powerful web browser with a highly customizable interface. It is based on the Internet Explorer engine (your most likely current web browser) which means that what works in IE, works the same in Maxthon"

I am guessing that includes all of IE's inherent insecurities and lack of standards compliance.

You can polish a turd but it will still stink.

As Skeksis said, Maxthon comes with all the insecurities of IE.

I'll take Firefox, which does the same stuff and has more community support, over Maxthon.
