Is there an option in IE where it'll automatically reload a page after a specified time has gone by?

Or is there a piece of software that'll do this?

I'm just tired of getting punted from the message board, and losing track of what messages I read and which I didn't, because ever time I get logged out all the messages are marked as read.

I'm interested in a solution to this as well, whether it be a program such as described above or no more automatically logging off. If I've been away from the forum for awhile and there's a lot posts, I may not have time to read/address all the unread threads (silly things like dinner, kids, errands, work, etc get in the way). It's so much more convienent when the threads with unread messages are clearly marked instead of guessing where I left off timewise.

The Autorefresher for IE is the one I was looking for

The first one is crap, and the second one doesn't exist anymore.

Now I've got the forum window set to refresh every ten minutes :D

Drats - I'm late, but there is an HTML tag for this: Meta Refresh

Edit - I read too little much too fast.

Well, it's been 2 and a half hours and this refresher thingy kept me logged in the entire time.

Cool.

This thing really is great, I just came back 4 hours later and it's still here.

Perfect.

Does anyone know how often the Firefox refresher updates your window?

I just started playing with it this afternoon...you can set your own time or use one of the presets and it can be set to refresh all tabs too 8)

set it by right-clicking
