Nononono, I dont CARE what the US government thinks may or may not have been going on. I'm talking about what indymedia DID for the world, did they publish things? Were they a porn server? Servers don't just sit in hosting rooms thinking to themselves "hmmm... what should I do today?". Someone put them there and they must have had at least some sort of pretense for being there.

the thing I don't get is why didn't they just hack them to get what they wanted? that would have made more sense to me..it isn't like hacking is an abnormal thing these days
